About Us

Marlene Boas, Ph.D., BCC brings a strong background in psychology, business, public-private partnerships, human development and learning to her consultation practice. She has been described as  “intelligent, articulate, highly skilled and vibrant” by those who have worked with her.


With degrees in education, counseling and a doctorate in psychology, Marlene has the expertise, knowledge, and experience to develop and execute customized programs for all types of organizations and the challenges they face.  One of her specialties is fostering collaboration between and within organizations. She is a consummate facilitator who can find common ground and bring about consensus in difficult situations.  


Her training in education and learning theories coupled with a great sense of humor, creativity, and a zest for life are reflected in the team building activities she designs. All programs are customized based on the goals of the organization and delivered through experiences designed to break through organizational or personal roadblocks in an atmosphere of fun and laughter.


In addition to her consulting practice she is also a Board Certified Coach and and Executive Service Corps Volunteer.

Ed Boas, managing partner, has spent twenty-five years in the corporate world as a manager.  His experience includes farming and agribusiness with a focus on wine and food.  He is familiar with the regular challenges that managers face on a daily basis.


Ed also is a percussionist who specializes in world music.  He has studied with Gordy Ryan and Adeyemi Harris from “Drums of Passion”, Arthur Hull and Kalani.  He is a trained REMO Healthrhythms facilitator and is a certified Drum Circle Music Facilitator - Level II.  Ed combines his musical and management skills in conducting rhythm based experiences for corporations and communities.
